Artist's Son

Every day, the artist wakes up and sees the sun—the same familiar circle of light that has been painted and imagined countless times. But one thought kept coming back: Why isn’t the sun colourful? Artist’s Sun is the artist’s playful answer to that thought. Instead of recreating the sun as we traditionally see it, she imagines it in her own language—wild, textured, colourful and completely unrestricted. The work celebrates the freedom to look at something ordinary and see it differently, transforming a simple everyday thought into an expressive visual experience.
